In mail hosting service, you may use your domain name only for e-mail receiving and sending. In this service, you will not have the right to access to the web site and consequently ftp right. You may open e-mail account whatever you want under your domain name and you may control your mails whenever you want by Microsoft Outlook, Netscape Messenger or another e-mail.
Furthermore, you may access your mails as web based. When you benefit from mail hosting service, you will be asked that how many POP3 e-mail accounts you want. POP3 are e-mail boxes, which have their own codes. Moreover, you will have the right automatically to open e-mail accounts for routing at a number that three times of that of POP3 e-mail specified by you. You may define automatic respond specification for all POP3 and routing accounts.
- POP3 e-mail account : It has own message folders and codes.
- e-mail account for routing : They may be used only with an existing POP3 e-mail account. Because they do not have their own folders, the massages received are saved in the folders of POP3 e-mail account, which they are routed. The messages, which come to these account may be received by controlling the POP3 account, which they are routed.
This service can be used if the domain name is used for only e-mail. You will have a mail server address as mail.yourdomainname.com after registration and installation. You may access your Web Mail via this address. You may also open e-mail accounts whatever you want as name@domainname.com via Web based system.
Because mail server is separate from web, ftp and other servers, your e-mails do not affect your web domain quota.
